Why are you not a Twitch Affiliate?
The reason I am not Twitch Affiliate is mostly because of multistream functionality. I find much value in not being involved in such a contract for a multitude of reasons, but that comes at a cost. Multistreaming functionality. (I stream to Twitch, Youtube, and Facebook Gaming. When I am an affiliate, I am not able to stream within a 24 hour period) Contract bound restrictions limiting you to only one streaming site. Discoverability. Buying out of the contract. Limited benefits to streaming. Heavy revenue percentage via Bits taken away.
What do I sacrifice with this?
Ad revenue (The reason I chose to forgo ads is that everyone hates them. If you want to support the stream, I'd rather have my audience do it as directly as possible ) Interactivity such as twitch emotes and bits.
How will I compensate for the lack of Twitch Affiliate?
I understand that everyone has an adversity to ads and wants to click away from these ads as soon as one hits their screen. I offer this and interactivity through community-driven giveaways and merchandise sales. I will do video ads by myself and shoutouts to the community directly and through Patreon Subscriptions where there will be more exclusive content available should you wish to support me and my stream. This is why I urge those who want to help to buy merch or tip through EFT's . Thank you for your time reading this.
When is the next Raffle Royale? How does it work?
There are two criteria before we start the next Raffle Royale As soon as we hit 1000 Follows on any platform (Twitch, FB Gaming, YT, Tiktok, Twitter) or when we hit 50$ worth of tip donations. As soon as one of these is hit, I will be doing a merch giveaway after I calculate the preliminaries. (What are preliminaries and how do they work?)
